~  Discipline  Reporting  &  Procedure  ~

For all the Girls cautions and ejections please report our vice-Chair

Chris Appleby  @ 604-984-6972  or  604-787-6768 – cell.

Upon issuing a Red card and ejecting the player(s) retain the I.D. card(s) and deliver them together with your written Referee ejection report to Mr. Appleby’s residence @ 2881 Wembley Place, North Vancouver.

Please notify our vice-Chair following the match and deliver the report + I.D. card to his residence within the next 24 hours so that the player can be advised when to attend her Discipline Hearing and to sit out her automatic next game (league or cup).

For all Boys (other than Metro which has its own referee pool) please use the BCSA Discipline System via the Internet at www.bcsoccer.net and then click on REFEREES. Then scroll down the next page on the left task bars to Discipline and click on that to enter the Discipline System. Follow the sign in procedure and report your caution(s) and/or ejection(s). The 4-District Discipline Committee shall then be able to access your report immediately.

For the Boys I.D. cards they can be dropped off at my place, 1650 Palmerston Avenue, West Vancouver or in North Vancouver at Mr. Appleby’s home as above. Would you also kindly report via phone or e-mail all Boys ejections to me so our District can keep track of these send off situations. My e-mail is erkeller@shaw.ca or phone 604-817-1650 – cell.

Once you have cautioned or ejected a player you MUST follow through with the proper reporting. It is the only way to maintain discipline within our competitive leagues.

Can I also remind all our officials to return the I.D. cards to the managers upon the conclusion of your match. We have suffered from several situations where cards were NOT returned leading to a lot of phoning and running around to retrieve these cards for that team’s next game !

Continued Happy Officiating !  Your dedication is much appreciated !!!
